Why Dr Vanessa Von Auer founded IIS
Founded by Dr. Vanessa von Auer, a clinical psychologist, IIS was created to offer something many families struggle to find in larger schools: a more personal, emotionally safe environment where children are truly seen.
Her psychology-led approach shapes how the school supports wellbeing, trains teachers to notice early signs of distress, and intervenes before issues such as bullying escalate.
